Carbon Consultancy Services 2011-12

New for 2012: Carbon consultancy services

We now offer two types of environmental support:

The carbon footprinting service helps organisations to measure their energy usage and emissions.

Our environmental assessments provide organisations with expert and practical advice on how to reduce their carbon footprint.

Both services are tailored to your specific needs, and each is competitively priced at £700 plus VAT.

Carbon Footprinting

Carbon footprinting has become the standard measure of an organisation's impact on the environment.; quantifying this impact is the first step in reducing it.

Using a variety of data, we will calculate your overall energy usage and convert it into an easily understood footprint figure, all contained within a detailed report.

How it works

• We consult with you at all stages to ensure the footprint is perfectly tailored to your organisation.
• You provide us with the raw data, we’ll do all the analysis and interpretation.
• We’ll ensure you have the tools, knowledge and confidence to assess your own footprint in the future.

What you’ll receive

A carbon footprint report will include:

• Your total carbon footprint, with detailed methodology
• Benchmark graphs showing average energy consumption of organisations of a similar size to you, plus best practice figures
• An intuitive footprinting tool to help you calculate future footprints

Environmental Assessments

Do you have a good idea of what your emissions are, but not sure what comes next?

We provide on-site assessments tailored towards providing you with clear, practical advice about how and where to make environmental improvements to your premises, practices and policies.

Flexible and bespoke service

We can focus on certain areas that are of specific interest to you. For example, if you want to find out about your employees’ travel or their attitude towards green issues we can set up a detailed online analysis to find out.

How it works

• On-site assessment. A member of our team will cast a trained eye over your premises and policies during an on-site visit
• They will discuss with you potential measures for improving environmental performance and reducing your carbon emissions and associated costs

What you’ll receive

We will provide you with a detailed report:

• Recommendations which include information on costs, benefits, energy savings and payback periods of a variety of environmental initiatives that you can take advantage of Environmental policy recommendations
• Detailed analysis from any staff surveys conducted as part of the assessment
