North Central Travel Plan Network 
The North Central Travel Plan Network (NCTN) is a partnership between the London Boroughs of Camden, Islington and Haringey, The City of London, Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, with the aim of reducing congestion and pollution in the capital through the development of travel plans amongst businesses.
The partnership has been established to help businesses seeking to become cleaner, greener and more efficient by developing a travel plan. We provide free, impartial advice on travel planning to businesses across the region, helping to reap the benefits for business and the local environment and maximise travel choices available to employees.
What is a Travel Plan?
A Travel Plan is an overarching management tool delivering effective control of transport impacts and maximising travel choices across a particular organisation
It can help to successfully deliver a wide range of business benefits, including:
- Active reduction in carbon footprint
- A healthier, more productive workforce
- Improved accessibility to the organisation for staff visitors and customers
- Improved staff recruitment and retention
Support available to businesses
We offer guidance and ongoing support in developing a travel plan to any organisation located in one of the partner boroughs. Support available includes:
- Free, tailored advice and action plan
- Free cycle stands
- Match funding for identified measures
- Free cycle training
- Free merchandise, maps and guides
